INT. COMPUTER ARCADE - DAY

               DYSON sits in front of a computer, playing a VIDEO GAME. 
               Surrounding him are a group of the STALKERS, also all playing
               games.

               Suddenly Dyson POPS out of his chair.

                                   DYSON
                         And the magnificent Dyson wins
                         again!  Apparently they don't know
                         how to play "Counterstrike" in the
                         future, huh?

               The Stalkers look angry and redouble their efforts at the
               game.



               INT. UNION 3RD FLOOR - DAY

               Vivyanne, Chase, Wyatt, and Melody stand around a 3D MAP of
               campus.  Vivyanne points a LASER POINTER at areas of interest
               on the map.  She still has her STAFF.

               In the background, terrified students cling to each other.

                                   VIVYANNE
                         The infinite stalkers control these
                         areas of campus, and will soon move
                         into these.  But my survey of
                         security cameras shows they haven't
                         entered this building yet ... the
                         location of Professor Intron's lab.

                                   MELODY
                         They must not know where it is,
                         then.

                                   CHASE
                         Let's hope not.

                                   VIVYANNE
                         Take the utility tunnels down this
                         path.  They'll take you straight to
                         the basement, where you can take
                         the elevator up.  You'll be hidden
                         from view the entire way.

                                   MELODY
                         What about you?

                                   VIVYANNE
                         I'll go find professor Intron, and
                         convince him to stop his research. 
                         That will guarantee our success.

                                   WYATT
                         Seeing that this is the second time
                         his work has threatened the world,
                         that shouldn't be a problem.

               Wyatt, Chase, and Melody head for the main stairs, when they
               suddenly hear the sound of many footsteps approaching.

                                   MELODY
                         Oh no, they're here!

                                   VIVYANNE
                         Take the maintenance stairs down,
                         you should be able to reach the
                         tunnels from there.

                                   WYATT
                         Sounds like a plan.  Let's roll.

                                   MELODY
                         Thank you, Vivyanne.

               Vivyanne nods.  Wyatt, Chase, and Melody run off.  Vivyanne
               runs off in the other direction.



               INT. HAYWORTH HALL ELEVATOR - DAY

               Melody, Chase, and Wyatt all stand at the ready as the
               elevator goes up.

                                   CHASE
                         Do we know what to look for when we
                         get there?

                                   WYATT
                         Yeah, we'll know.  Got your anti
                         time machine tools ready?

               Chase and melody both hold up IMPROVISED CLUBS, as does
               Wyatt.

                                   MELODY
                         I'll be very happy once we send
                         those stalkers back where they came
                         from.

               The heroes wait patiently as the elevator goes up floor by
               floor.  Then the doors open, revealing a hallway FULL OF THE
               STALKERS.

                                   WYATT
                         Aw, hell.

                                   CHASE
                         The lab is at the end of the hall,
                         right?

                                   WYATT
                         We can't make it there without
                         taking them all out.

               Melody summons her strength.

                                   MELODY
                         Maybe we can.

               Melody strides out into the hallway, into the lion's den.

                                   MELODY
                         Hello ... uh ... fans.  I realize
                         you've all come a very long way to
                         be here today.  I know that it has
                         something to do with me and my
                         music.

                                   STALKER SEVEN
                         I love you Melody!

                                   MELODY
                         I'm glad you like what I'll create
                         someday.  And I appreciate the ...
                         effort you've gone to.  But what
                         you're doing right now, it's wrong. 
                         Very wrong.  You've played with the
                         forces of nature.  And because of
                         it, you've endangered the world. 
                         Soon everything will be destroyed. 
                         Unless you stand back and let us
                         through, so we can stop it.

                                   STALKER EIGHT
                         But ... if you do that, then I'll
                         go back ... without you.

                                   MELODY
                         I know you just wanted to see me,
                         but that can't happen, not now.  If
                         you help us, I promise I'll see you
                         in the future.  Just write me a
                         letter or something.  But now you
                         MUST stand aside, or everyone will
                         die.  Including you.  Including me.

                                   STALKER NINE
                         You're right.  How could I have
                         been so irresponsible.  Go, Melody. 
                         Do what you must.  I'm so sorry. 
                         Maybe one day we'll meet again.

                                   WYATT
                         Yeah, won't that be special.

                                   CHASE
                         Shhh.

               Half of the Stalkers in the hallway nod, and step aside.  But
               many do not.

                                   STALKER TEN
                         No, it can't be true.  It's all
                         lies.  You just want to get rid of
                         me!  I won't let you reject me!  I
                         won't let you send me back!

               The "evil" Stalkers now get agitated and move towards the
               heroes.  But the "good" Stalkers hold them back, and a huge
               struggle ensues.

                                   STALKER NINE
                         Go now Melody!  Set things right!

               The heroes charge forward.  They are mostly unopposed, and
               any Stalker that gets in their way is struck down with an
               IMPROVISED CLUB.

               As the SAVE members reach the door to the lab, it is opened
               from the inside.  There we see a BLOODY STALKER, carrying a
               BLOODY MACHETE in one hand and a GUN in the other.  The
               Bloody Stalker points the GUN at our heroes.

               Suddenly he is struck over the head by a CHAIR.  We see the
               person that hit him ... BAXTER HAS COME TO THE RESCUE!!!

               Baxter looks like crap, but is still walking.

                                   CHASE
                         Baxter!

                                   BAXTER
                         Now we're even.  Go do what you
                         came here to do.  I'll bar the
                         door.

               Chase, Melody, and Wyatt quickly rush in.  They head for the
               back of the room where they rifle through FILE CABINETS and
               LOOK AT COMPUTERS.

               Meanwhile Baxter wedges the chair in the door, and tries to
               keep the Stalkers out.  Several of them bang on the door.

                                   WYATT
                         What are we looking for?

               Melody spies one piece of equipment in particular ... the
               miniature TIME MACHINE seen in Episode 2.

                                   MELODY
                         This must be it!

               She winds up and SMASHES it good.

               Suddenly the pounding stops.  Baxter takes the chair away
               from the door, and opens it.  Nothing.

               All four of them go out into the hallway, which is now empty.

               Chase runs to a window, and pulls away the curtain.  No
               hordes of Stalkers are in view.

                                   CHASE
                         It worked.  It actually worked.

               The heroes just stare at each other, and around, taking it
               all in.



               INT. SAVE HQ - DAY

               CHASE is holding the "WORLD SAVED" sign.  He happily erases
               the number "1" and replaces it with the number "2".

                                   CHASE
                         Twice so far this semester.  Not
                         too shabby.

                                   VIVYANNE
                         You've all done very well.  And
                         with Professor Intron agreeing to
                         stop his research, you shouldn't
                         have to do it again.

                                   MELODY
                         Plus, now the whole campus knows
                         that we really are heroes.

                                   VIVYANNE
                         Actually, the media is reporting
                         that today's events were the result
                         of one of those internet "flash
                         mobs".

                                   MELODY
                         Oh.  How ... disappointing.

               WYATT is leaning up against a wall holding a COLD DRINK to
               his sore head.  He points at the sign.

                                   WYATT
                         I'd love to see that thing stay at
                         zero for a whole year.

                                   CHASE
                         You're never going to become a
                         world-renowned physicist like me if
                         you've got an attitude like that.

                                   WYATT
                         There was only ONE letter, Chase. 
                         I'm sure in plenty of those futures
                         you're flipping burgers or
                         something.

                                   CHASE
                         Eh.  As long as I'm actually in
                         them, that's enough for me.

                                   MELODY
                         Well said.

               Melody is sitting down, looking thoughtfully at her SONG.

                                   CHASE
                         At least you know what your future
                         holds, Melody.  Fame, fortune,
                         success.  Pretty nice I guess.

                                   WYATT
                         When your popularity isn't
                         threatening to destroy space-time,
                         I'm sure it's a blast.

                                   MELODY
                         Hmm.  Fame, fortune, success.

               Melody thinks deeply for a moment.  Then she stands up.

               She ceremonially TEARS APART the SONG.  As the pieces fall to
               the floor she says:

                                   MELODY
                         F@#$ success.

               As she walks away, we see the pieces of the song lay solemnly
               on the floor.
